Genetic Regulatory System (GRS) and Deoxy-ribonucleic Acid (DNA) are two important matters in the development and functioning of organisms. GRS is a mechanism for determining when, where, in what form and to which extent a gene or genes will be expressed, while DNA is the essential part of a gene. In this paper we address the utilization of Multiagent Collaborative Computation (MCC) to model the genes' interactions in GRS. The aim of the modeling is to examine each gene contribution to the interactions in a series of times manner. By having the knowledge of their interactions, we can infer their behavior and make estimations in order to obtain better interactions' products in the future.
