Mechanism to convey dynamic charging info over SIP

摘要

This paper proposes a mechanism to exchange dynamic media-based charging information over the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), and also proposes a means for negotiation between the entities involved in the session to determine which user will be charged for which media type.
