摘要

In civil engineering health structure monitoring, various methods of technical state assessment could be used based on the comparative dynamic, tensometric, magnetic and optic fibres measurements. All this measurement methods allowed for stress assessment in critical fragments of the structure that are vital for its stability and durability. Evolution of defects in the construction causes measurable changes in the dynamic properties along with evolution of stress distribution in critical construction joints. Additionally materials that could cause threat of the catastrophe caused by fatigue wear, exceeding stress limits or emerging of plastic deformations have magnetic properties that could affect the local magnetic field. The latter seems to be a very promising way of assessment global stress in the ferromagnetic materials.In the paper the conception of the distributed diagnostic system capable of monitoring the technical state of critical elements of large infrastructure objects like bridges, steel trusses, supermarket buildings, exposition halls etc. will be discussed. Adaptation of such systems is vital for online assessment of technical state of the infrastructure objects and could limit the possibility of catastrophic disasters with loss of people.
