The principal factor that ensures the quality of the thermal analyzing apparatus is temperature control. Based upon the features of apparatus temperature control contains the control of temperature rising, temperature reduction and temperature preservation, etc. The method of PID temperature control by utilizing experts’ experiences is analyzed in the paper. A self-setting PID Expert Knowledge Base is established based upon different temperature rising methods and control targets, which combines and utilizes intelligent self-setting PID parameter recognition and expert control, accomplishes online adjustment of temperature parameters of thermal analyzing apparatus, promotes the stability and the liability of apparatus system, and strengthens the anti-interference capability.
