摘要

The paper uses real codes,random selection,and adaptive method of forming zoom variation which provides a basis for the improvement of genetic algorithm in the neural network of connections and the threshold value.And then,the paper derives output of index effectiveness.Based on the theoretical point of view,the summation of effective value which could be involved in the index system should be larger than a certain critical value,the paper screened out the final index.Thus,in theory,proposes a quantitative method of constructing the index system.
