Analysis on Integrated Risk Response Planning in Large Projects

摘要

This paper constructs a three-dimension space of project risk described by time,cost and quality,discusses a new method of quantitative project risk model based on the project risk space,according as the difference of coefficients,and tries to find out a integrated risk response planning with more benefits than individual risk treatment.
