摘要

Mechanical pretreatment before biopuiping of guangyechu white bast could shorten the time from 92h to 45h compared with the case of direct biopulping,but pulp yield and Kappa number were decreased slightly.The activities of pectinase,xylanase and ceilulase in the process of mechanical pretreatment of biopulping was analyzed and compared with the case of direct biopulping process.The result showed that the mechanical pretreatment could increase the specific area of the substrates,which resulted in the time reduction of biology pulping.The main composition of pulp obtained from mechanical pretreatment of biopulping process was analyzed and compared with the case of direct biopulping process.The composition analysis included hot water extractives,1%NaOH extractives,polysaccharid,cellulose,lignin and pectin.
