In the methods of the assessment of water environmental quality,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method Call overcome the fuzzy ingredient and reflect the quality level of water environment accurately,therefore it is widely used. There is still deficiency in practical application.the weight coefficient matrix definite has tremendous influence on the evaluate results[1].Super-standard multiple weight method is a familiar method which defined weight.In the traditional super-standard multiple weight method,the arithmetic average value of environment quality standard is used to calculate the weight coefficient matrix.It may cause difference between the computed value and the actual value,for the quality rank of the real data is not differentiated.The formula of super-standard multiple weight method is presented basing on consideration of quality rank level of monitor data.By analyzing the water quality from monitoring sections of the Huai river basin in Anhui Province in 2006,it proved that the improved method can reflect the degree of contribution to subordinate grade in the monitor data of water environment factors accuralely.It is closer to the actual result of the weight than the traditional method.
