摘要

Material heterogeneities and discontinuities,which are closely related with forming processing parameters,affect the mechanical characteristics of the Fe-Cr-based low alloy steel.In this study,the dynamic recrystallization mathematical models of a Fe-Cr-based alloy steel were derived based on experimental results.The plastic deformation and microstructural evolution of the deformed specimens were investigated by finite element model.Results show that the deformation and distribution of dynamic recrystallization volume fraction in deformed specimens are both inhomogeneous,which are greatly determined by the processing parameters.A good agreement between the predicted and experimental results was obtained.
