Young Maternal Perceived Work Climate and Work Values in Nanjing:Associations with Maternal Depressive Symptoms

摘要

The present study explored,in a sample of Chinese mothers(mean age=29.16 years,N=343)of urban infants in China,how maternal work values and work climate particularly regarding to autonomy are associated with maternal depressive and psychosomatic symptoms.Our finding indicated that family income was positively associated with the emphasis of work autonomy.Hierarchical multiple regression analysis indicated that work climate had a negatively significant effect on maternal depressive and psychosomatic symptoms,and work values was found no significant effects or,maternal depressive and psychosomatic symptoms.
