Study and Application of Automatic Spray System on Blasting Face in Thin Seam of Beisu Coal Mine

摘要

The pressure of underground static pressure water is about 3MPa in Beisu coal Mine, so spray field droplet size distributions in the center line of nozzles whose apertures are different are measured and the experimental data are analyzed. The aperture of nozzle is determined. Sequence control implemented by PLC and centralized monitoring mode of PLC+LCD are adopted. Remote control system and hand control system that the process needs and logic chain sequence control between each equipment are realized. The on-line real-time acquisition and display of work condition parameters when equipments arc running are actualized and coal wall is scoured by automatic sprinkling pre-and post blasting on face. Besides, the function of blasting automatic spraying is also implemented. Field application shows that the system can overcome the limitation of geological condition and work condition completely. This system is stable and reliable, and dust suppression effect is relatively obvious.
