The influence of sintering atmosphere at 1100°C in cooling stage on the temperature of the minimum value of power loss-temperature curve in MnZn soft magnetic ferrite was studied. The content of oxygen was set up as 50ppm, 1000ppm, 2000ppm and 3000ppm of volume. The power loss and inductance value at different temperature were measured. The temperature of the power loss minimum and the II peak of permeability will shift to high temperature with the increasing content of oxygen. The temperature of the power loss minimum can shift about 30°C.
