Circular Economy Practice Conducted in the Building of New Socialist Country

摘要

The grand goal of building new socialist country reflects people urgent desire and agrees with their basic interests. It is such a complex, difficult, and titanic project as cannot be achieved with only one contempt and for all. This study begins with difficulty faced with the building of new socialist country, based on the belief of Circular Economy, to explore good solutions and ideas. With the scientific implication of Circular Economy clearly illustrated, the necessity and advantage of developing Circular Economy; the ending part comes up with how to develop and fulfill the Circular Economy.
