Innovation Motivation System in Developing YCGC's Circular Economy

Technological innovation is the key to develop circular economy, and engineers and technicians are the main strength of companies to innovate. YCGC's Technological Innovation Motivation System has been presented, then expectancy theory and three needs theory have been used to analyze the advantage and disadvantage of the system.
