The author focuses on analyzing the regulation of hydrostatic transmission system, after studied the DAvalve control adjustment principle and summarized the merits of stepless speed regulation as well as the power allocation and the automatic bending moment adjustment of hydrostatic transmission, which indicates that the hydrostatictransmission is main development direction of the construction machinery. The author also designs the Bi-variableand double DA control hydrostatic transmission system for cross-country forklift, and aims at solving the actualproblem which exists in the hydrostatic system design process. Concrete scheme has solved the high-pressured hydraulic fluid radiation problem by increasing the washing loop, the oil radiator and fairing which self-designed in thehydraulic circuit. It has solved the clean problem of hydraulic fluid by making the improvement to the fuel tank todesign and to increase the oil filter. It also has solved the misfiring problem of engine by increasing pressure breakingarrangement. On the other hand, it has solved the engine and the hydraulic pressure oil pump elastic coupling question by designing the coupling. These solutions for the questions enable the hydrostatic transmission system obtainthe successful application in the cross country forklift.
