This study has aimed to build preliminarydata for future High-Rise Apartmenl planning to the residents living in the city to understand their health condition objectively, and by figuring residential types and architecture factors like High-Rise Apartments that cause influences to the dwellers and its degree.The self-reported survey of this study method, conducted to those who visited for their general check-ups at the general hospital, and the survey limited its region to the dwellers in the southern area of the capital city. The survey structured of the thirteen's interrelated parts with the one hundred and seven of symptoms.As a result of the study, the living floorlevel was determined not influential to the residents' health conditions in the High-Rise building. In contrast, generally speaking the financial ability seemed to be effective on the inhabitants' health relating issues, and their regular exercises seemed partially effective as well..
