With the changes in operational environments, the competition between industry systems has been gradually upgraded to capacity competition between them. The research of evolution with respect to concentration ability of industry is adapted to this trend of development. Through advantages dynamic analysis of capacity-intensive, and the specific system analysis of formation process, we can get the conclusion: capacity-intensive development in industrial system is an unsurpassable stage.
