STABLE OPERATION OF RECLAMATION SYSTEMS IN CONDITIONS OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION OF EAST EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

All countries of the former socialist camp have been subjected to social andeconomic transformation. The processes occurring here have no analogs inthe world, and relevant management methods, which proved efficient inother countries, often lose its efficiency at their transfer in the conditions oforiginal fund accumulation at the stage of transition from socialism tocapitalism, that has for the first time occurred in world history. For theglobal community, as an outside observer, it is difficult to understand thelogic of the processes taking place in all branches of management in theformer socialist countries (FSC) where the inertia of old political andeconomic thinking is still strong, which in turn is based on the reappraisalof a positive role of management market methods in an almost fully absentand inceptive democracy.
