Dynamic Multiple Index Comprehensive Evaluation for Development of Regional Circular Economy

摘要

This paper provides a dynamic multiple index comprehensive evaluation method for the development of regional circular economy in order to make up the shortages of the existing evaluation methods. Firstly, an evaluation index system is established. Based on this index system, then,synthetically considering the value and growth degree of each indicator, a comprehensive evaluation conclusion can be obtained by using multidimensional time series data. The evaluation conclusions provide a "Vertical & Horizontal" comparison for regions, and can comprehensively reflect development level of regional circular economy from different aspects. Finally, an example is used to demonstrate its validity and feasibility. The evaluation index system and method provide guidance to government scientific decision-making.
