Constructing Enterprise Information Culture Based on Enterprise Engineering

摘要

Enterprise information culture is the key point of successfully operating Enterprise Engineering (EE). And the relationship between them is mainly performance on two layers: good enterprise information culture guarantees operation of EE, while bad one becomes its obstacles. More,based on EE, three solutions for constructing enterprise information culture are put forward which are based on organizational learning, continuous innovation and knowledge sharing.
