Industry Cluster: the Development Strategy of Shanxi Vinegar Industry in China

The vinegar industry in Shanxi province has experienced 2,000 years and had a greater impact.However, there are some constraints problems that technical lower and vicious competition and others hindering the sustainable development of the industry of Shanxi vinegar at present. Based on the analysis of Shanxi vinegar industry's development conditions and trend, it pointes out that it is necessary the vinegar industry in Shanxi forming industry clusters. And the local government should take the ideas of industry cluster to promote the development of vinegar industry.
