摘要

The paper deals with analysis of works related to creation of Antiballistic Missile Penetration Aids (ABM PA), which predetermined qualitative breakthrough in the problem of overcoming multi-tiered antiballistic missile defense of the USA and secured maintenance of nuclear-missile parity achieved by the beginning of 1960's.
