The interaction of a space system with its orbital environment is a major consideration in the design of any space system, since a variety of hazards are associated with the operation of spacecraft in the harsh space environment Future landing on moon is very important step for Space Exploration. But we do not have better understanding of radiation dose and its harsh effects on the Moon's surface, which is very crucial scientific information to design and develop better efficient instruments for future's moon base. My paper will give a view that how we can use Moon's orbit to gather large amount of data of Radiation dose, which is continuously receiving by Moon. With the help of information, we will able to develop and design more advance material for future's application in Space Exploration. In this scenario, we do not have necessity to launch a separate Spacecraft for this purpose, however we can use any spacecraft, which is going to moon for its mission objective. With this system, we can reduce the cost of our mission and extra expenditures. Now a days, with the utilization of very sensitive electronic systems onboard spacecraft, surface charging and radiation effects have become important more than ever. In order to ensure the success of future space missions, our knowledge of spacecraft charging and radiation effects on electronics must continuously evolve in order to keep pace with the rapid advances of technology. So the measurement of radiation dose onboard Spacecraft in moon's Orbit is very essential and its in situ data will help to design more advance material for future's use in Space Exploration.
