There are 20 species weed in rape field from agri- grazing-ecotone for conservation tillage. Weed seed mainly centralize on the upper soil layer, seed mainly distribute in upper soil layer 3-5cm, upper soil layer has a good moisture content. Seed germinate concentrate, has a high germinate rate and germinate early. As upper soil layer has a good moisture content perennial .weed increased the rate of living through the winter, developed greater quantity. The experiments were weeded for the chemical herbicide, mechanical method and crop- rotate. The result showed that the weed control could be treated in soil by 41% glyphosate. It had better results for compounding chemical herbicide with "Galtak+Ethametsulfuron+High Efficiency Metoprotryn", "Galtak+Ethametsulfuron+Quizalofop-p-ethy", "Galtak+DPX-A7881+Quizalofop-p-ethy". In addition, weed control of mechanical method had a good effect on scarification deeply + cultivation.
