摘要

The goal of the laboratory fluid studies is to use the results of all the nitrogen-reservoir fluid tests to (1) provide sufficient data to represent the nitrogen EOR process over the expected range of K2 fluid properties and reservoir conditions, and (2) tune an EOS model to correctly represent the complete nitrogen-reservoir fluid EOR phase behavior for use in fully compositional reservoir simulations. The ultimate goal of the entire EOR project evaluation (fluids, cores, modeling, and reservoir simulation) is to evaluate the oil recovery potential of the nitrogen EOR process for application to the K2 field, M14 and M20 sands.
