Knowledge management and E business are the important research aspects in net era, on the term of E business enterprise’s information system, business process reengineering and customer relationship, the application of KM in E business enterprise will be analyzed. This paper will discuss two major types of knowledge: connotative and denotative, and analyse the knowledge management strategy of recoding, personalizing and the related alternatives in E business enterprises; researching on the three forms of knowledge management strategy: HRM, CRM, Core Strategy of Knowledge Management, to the different enterprise, the different strategies will be implemented according to the specific situation.
