APPLICATION OF AGRICULTURAL RESOURCE PLANNING SYSTEM IN SHENYANG AGRICULTURAL ECONOMIC AREAS

摘要

Agricultural modernization needs high technique, centralization, scalization, marketing and industrialization. Agriculture economic area is the leading mode to realize it. As industry modernization needs Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ),agriculture modernization needs Agricultural Resource Planning (ARP)'s overall leading. An ARP system has been analyzed, designed and developed on the basis of detailed investigation and research of 10 economic areas in Shenyang,according to the method of software engineering.The system has been deployed partly in 3 economic areas and the results show that the solution is effective and potential to practical applications. The paper presents the concept of ARP, describes the components of ARP system, and analyzes the functionalities of the components.
