The Cultural Perspective of Ecological Green Residence in Property Development Scheme

A cultural perspective of ecological green residence is brought forward in this article aimed at the various mistakes and dissensions existing in the industrial development of real estate in China.The principle of "the notion of culture going first;and the technology following closely" is proposed to construct the strong cultural penetration in the development of green residence,under which the ecology,the technology,the humanity and the sustainable development would be integrated in the new conception of residence.In order to expound this point of view thoroughly,the "Jindu Villas" Project is selected as a case.And we would set forth eight dimensions such as "Activation"."Virescence"."Optimization"."Classical"."Novelty"."Silence"."Brightness"."Purify",to illustrate the viewpoint of the theory.
