Study on the Balance of SMES Growth and Entrepreneur Growth

摘要

The growth of the entrepreneurs of the SMES has important influence on growth of the SMES.The growth of the entrepreneurs of the SMES and the balanced condition about demand to the entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneur ability of the entrepreneurs in the growth process of the SMES decided the growth speed and quality of the SMES.The cause creating the imbalance of entrepreneur growth of the SMES and the growth of the SMES lies in the entrepreneur negative growth manner,backgrounds before starts an undertaking as well as the entrepreneur innovative spirit decreasing progressively after the initial period development.
