The 21st century is a knowledge-based economy.Digital technology as a feature of information technology is rolling up every corn of the world;urban planning management is no exception.As the important guarantee for urban planning and implementation of plans to continue smoothly,the planning management naturally should carry on the synthesis consideration to the digital project,and will run through its stem to the planning management.The author in the analysis numeral city objective reality foundation has analyzed the digital project in the urban planning management application domain,and proposed the rationalization proposal to Chinese urban planning management digitized way and its application.
