In order to improve the image quality of the flat panel display, we need to reduce the image retention in the display. More and more users demand for the high picture quality of the display devices. Also we need the devices to be durable for using for a long period. For the high quality against the image sticking of the display devices we have achieved the high improvement of VHR (Voltage Holding Ratio). The advantage of this technology is that the product durability can be made for a long time in a better quality of display. There are many ways to increase the VHR, In teems of the characteristics of the TFT devices, reducing die leakage current effects is the main theme in this display industry field.
