On Reasons and Resolving Approaches of Ethic Deficiency during Strategy Management of SMEs

SMEs in China paid too much attention to their own profit-making capability during the process of implementing strategy neglecting the construction of ethic system, thus leading to some social problems and impeding the development of SMEs. The paper analyzes the reasons that ethic problems come into being during strategy management of SMEs, and proposes the resolving approaches of ethic deficiency during the strategy management of SMEs.
