Based on structure analysis of full-length retrievable resin-metal bolts and common resin bolts, authors established a mechanical model for full-length retrievable resin-metal bolts' bonding segment. With using ANSYS software, we did nonlinear simulation experiments, and got lots of distribution curves and data of normal & shear stress in bonding segment, then tried to analyze these data by applying regression analysis method. The experimental results basically reveal the mechanical characters of the bolts' bonding segment. The conclusions can be drawn from this study: the sheer stress on the contact surface of the bolts' bonding segment gets maximum value at the bottom of the drilling hole, and decreases in the axial direction; while the normal stress is compression stress, and its varying tendency is same as that of the sheer stress.
