With the increasing of the depth of coal mining, bump coal-rock gas dynamic phenomena becomes possible. There ocurred one coal-rock gas dynamic phenomenon led by pressure bump on the heading face of the return airflow dip of the third level in No. 12 Coal Mine. Through analysis of the mechanism of the bump dynamic phenomenon, preliminary mastery of the occurrence regularity of coal-rock gas dynamic phenomenon led by pressure bump has been gained, suitable prevention and control measures have been adopted, and remarkable results have been obtained, thus providing technical support for the prevention and control of the occurrence of bump coal-rock gas dynamic phenomenon under the condition with great mining depth.
