His paper reports the development of Decision Support System (DSS) for Non-Revenue Water (NRW) implemented at Temerloh Water Supply Department (TWSD). Joint collaborative works between TWSD, UTM and TZR have been made for integrating GIS with remote sensing and Hydraulic models to predict zone of pipeline leakage. The project have focused on database creation of pipeline network using Window based ESRI Arclnfo 9.x system, and the development of DSS for NRW based on geospatial technology, which address the most recent issue the non-renewable water due to pipeline leakage in the pipeline management for domestic water supply.
