In reality, most market structures are monopoly competition or oligarch monopoly. There must be the loss of efficient only if the imperfect competitive markets exist. Consequently, the quality of product or service will decrease, and the promotion of product and service will be blocked. The open of the world products and service market and the competition will comply with the market principles in the process of deregulation. So it is important to explore the development of monopoly industry from the view of product diffusion. This article according to “S” type of technology popularization route and the characteristic of monopoly industry analyzes and predicts the product diffusion of monopoly industry.Firstly, introducing logistic increase model; Secondly,analyzing relevant parameter in the model combining the characteristic of imperfect competition of monopoly industry, and describing the process of product popularization of monopoly industry; Finally, indicating that marketing strategy of china mobile communications industry at the present stage and making estimate to the development tendency of mobile users in china.
