On the Three Dimensional Perspective of Chinese Administration Localization

摘要

Administration localization is not only the needs of social development,but also the needs of administrative academic building system. China is undergoing a historic transformation,a process stage of industrialization development,and administration localization becomes the only way for Chinese Administration development. To find the theory platform,entry point and breakthrough point of the administration from the administrative historic development,administrative ecologic analysis and administrative philosophical thinking will contribute to promoting Chinese administration localization.
