Social Fairness Construction in the View of Administrative Ethics in China

摘要

Social fairness is a lofty pursuit for human beings; however the unfair things still exist.Now,the country is still at the initial stage of socialism,with large income gap between the rich and the poor,etc. Such unfairness becomes shackle and treats to social stability and economic development,which has raised the academic circle attention,and the question of how to construct social fairness has become a hot topic. In their discussions and arguments,however,the administrative field doesn't in the institutional ethics and executive ethics view to discuss the question. In fact,the policy ethics,as an arrangement with executive policy as the main content and transitional proof of rationality as its responsibility,is undoubtedly an efficient approach among the methods already established in the social fairness construction. It is possible for us to have a deep understanding of the knowledge in a new view of the theory or approach. Therefore,the treatise has discussed the value and its measures of social fairness construction in the view of executive ethics.
