One 20m RPC prestressed railway simple supported T- beam bridge is designed and constructed. The height of the beam is 1.35m. The beam is tested and the experiment contains two loading stages: the first stage is to apply the load to the design value; the second stage is to apply the load to 2.0 times of the design value (ultimate load). And the deflection, the strain and the distribution of the crack of each stage are achieved from the experiment. Through the analysis of the experiment results, the RPCT-beam can satisfy the requirements of the design load, crack load, ultimate load and the deflection, and the beam still has potential loading capacity. The experiment is more important for the RPC bridge design theory and method.
