Through bending test of 7 pieces of FRP bar concrete beam, we studied force bearing performance of nominal section of FRP bar concrete beam. Based on the test result, this paper emphasizes analyzing cracking mechanism and cracking features of smooth round GFRP bar concrete beam and surface-adhering-sand screw- thread-form CFRP bar and GFRP bar concrete beam, and influence of ratio of bar arrangement to crack width and crack spacing. According to test result, we have conducted comparison and verification between calculation formula of crack width recommended in ACI440.1R-01 and other formula. The results show that experimental value of ACI440.1R-01 is better fitted with predicted value, and having recommended value taken for parameters of the formula.
