摘要

Mesoporous silica with high surface area and organized pore structure with pore sizes between 1.5-10nm was prepared. The material was characterized by XRD and IR spectroscopy. The effectiveness of mesoporous silica as a carrier for Controlled release of antioxidant was tried in Natural rubber. The mesoporous silica was found to have a better filler filler interaction and better long term ageing resistance compared to precipitated silica.
