Characteristics of the refrigeration systems - extension of the graphical- analytical method

Several different system balance methods and programs have been created and used for decades in refrigeration industry to design the refrigeration circuits and components. The one of the oldest is the graphical-analytical method, created and used long before computers and even calculators became standard engineering tool. It is relatively easy and it helps to design or choose proper components. Yet it can be successfully used today in the computer age. This presentation will first re-introduce the graphical-analytical method for the simplest refrigeration systems and later extends it for more complex refrigeration systems.
