LICENSING OF ZAPORIZHYA NPP SPENT FUEL STORAGE FACILITY:IMPLEMENTATION AND RESULTS

This paper describes the main steps leading to the establishment of the spent fuel storage facility at Zaporizhya,Ukraine: its design, its licensing, its commissioning, the provisions for maintaining subcriticality, and experience in operation.
