Fuzzy Classification Based Neural Network Evaluation of Coordinated Development

摘要

Sustainable development has become main melody of the world development, in which coordination is the most important factor. Many methods have been proposed to assess sustainability. Based on neural network, a fuzzy classifying evaluation method is presented in this paper. Fuzzy evaluation is used when the indicator is difficult to be described by a number. The neural network helps keep the evaluation result more objective. Details of the method are provided. A case study shows that the method is feasible, and can provide sufficient information for sustainability evaluations.
