Feasibility Research On The Application Of Road Status Public Report In Traffic Information Service System

摘要

Many passengers can report not only the traffic event but also road status to some agent by short message or their mobile phone. But the road status public report is expressed by natural language, which could cause manual errors. So it is necessary to evaluate its quality before using it as the information source for real-time traffic information service system. This paper proposes an approach to evaluate the quality of the road status public report, and the result of the experiment based on this approach becomes the basis of improving the quality of the road status public report.
