摘要

The determination of optimum design variables of composite/hybrid spatial structures is a problem of multistage optimization with multi-variables, complex load combinations, and complex constraint conditions. In the paper, a kind of improved uniform design method is proposed to make a quick optimization. It is an iterative response surface approach. At each updating step, a small number of new experimental points are arranged in the vicinity of the latest optimum solution to better the results.New regression equations are fitted by considering the weights of historical data. Design verifications demonstrate the reliability and efficacy of the method.
