Study on Decreasing Coefficient of Variation CV of the Rotor-spinning Single-yarn Strength

摘要

The article analyses the factors which affect the rotor yarn's strand strength CV% from the twitty CV%, twist irregularity and twist in the pure cotton yarn and polyester cotton yarn. From the analysis we know that the twitty CV%, one hundred meter's weight CV%, twist CVH, hairiness CV% and strand strength CV% are positive correlation. It also indicates that choosing the reasonable parameters is the effective measure to incline the rotor yarn's strand strength CV%.
