The screen mesh cloth of the mono-filament yarn made of a thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer (TLCP) composite is extended the biaxial tensile, the tensile load-strain curve is observed the nonlinear tensile behavior in the slight deformation area. The cyclic tensile S-S curve of yarn and the cyclic compression property of yarn (the wire method) are introduced for the calculation, and then the cyclic biaxial extension hysteresis curve of the mesh cloth is able to be theoretically calculated. Tensile S-S curve of TLCP composite yarn shows linear. It is little tensile hysteresis of the yarn. The permanent strain by cycle tensile deformation becomes small very much. It is found that hysteresis of the compression property of TLCP composite fiber is very large in the first deformation. However, the compression hysteresis becomes so not large after the multi cycles deformations were given. The permanent strain on the calculation by cycle deformation was corresponding to the experiment value in the same time change.
