摘要

While conventional substation inspection has limitations in determining the status of electrical equipment, some abnormal status cannot be alerted in time. A new technology about substation real-time status data transmission and early warnings was proposed in this paper. It is based on 4G private network of power system. Site inspection staffs could transmit real-time data via 4G private network and view key information of electrical equipment by using virtual screens of Google glasses. The information includes the equipment manufacturer, ratings, last inspection time and real-time operating data. The method proposed in this paper breaks through the limitations of conventional substation inspection. This method achieves substation intelligent early warnings and makes efforts to improve the level of automation of substation inspection.
