A New Intelligent Multifunction Portable Integrated Electrical Parameter Measuring Instrument

The paper designs an Electrical Parameter Measuring Instrument suit for most distribution substation. TMS320F2812 performs as the measuring and calculating core, ARM9 is used to scan the key and drive the LCD, and lithium battery is used as the power supply for control units. The high voltage section designed into a single module, to reduce the size, favoring for portability. The system can perform the measuring of electric network parameter, transformer winding DC resistance, dielectric loss, MOA, and so on. So the whole measuring cost of distribution substation can be less, while the measuring is more precise and more reliable. And the system is more convenient for people to use.
